  • For prepaid orders, refunds (if eligible) will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days within Pakistan.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to high volumes, public holidays, or courier issues.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.
